Kitchen Fire In South Plainfield

This damage was a result of food left cooking unattended on the stove. Thankfully, all occupants were able to get out of harms way with no injuries. The house sustained only minor damage due to fire but there was extensive smoke damage throughout. There was also damage due to water from the fire department putting out the flames. SERVPRO of Piscataway was  initially called to handle the damage caused by the water. The homeowner was delighted to learn that we could also take care of the clean up from the smoke damage as well as the necessary demo due to materials that were affected by the actual flames.
