Damage Caused by Neighbor's Leak

This homeowner noticed her counter top had become swollen in several spots below her kitchen cabinets. She called SERVPRO of Piscataway to inspect the issue. Upon inspection it was discovered that there was a leak from her upstairs neighbor that had gone unnoticed for some time. We had to remove her upper kitchen cabinet and when it was removed there was visible mold that had grown. Then affected drywall was then removed and the entire area cleaned with an antimicrobial. The upstairs neighbor was also happy to learn about the leak which they were able to have fixed and dried out properly.
