Tree vs Roof

During a bad central New Jersey thunderstorm this customer had a tree come down on his roof. So much water came in that it collapsed part of his ceiling. He originally called SERVPRO of Piscataway to have someone put a tarp on his roof to stop the water infiltration. He was pleasantly surprised when we told him we could have someone there that night to not only tarp the roof but also begin the necessary work to remove wet insulation and dry out the remaining materials. Our customer was very happy that we could handle every detail from beginning to end.
