1:  Within one hour from the notice of loss, a SERVPRO professional will contact you to discuss the cause of loss you've experienced.

4:  Within four hours our SERVPRO technicians will be on site. Once at your home, we will do a walk-through inspection to access the damage and begin mitigation services.

8:  Within eight hours of on site arrival, SERVPRO will contact the appropriate person responsible (this may be the customer, the person responsible for billing, or the adjuster) to provide a verbal briefing of the restoration plan.
